website at therochacadmanfoundation.com (the “Site”). The Foundation is a California nonprofit

care for underserved communities.
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, please do not use the
Site.

2. Information We Collect
2.1. Information You Provide Directly
We may collect information you voluntarily provide when you interact with the Site, including
your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number when you contact us or sign up
for communications, and payment-related information when you make a donation. Donation
payments are processed by third-party payment processors, including PayPal. The Site also
accepts payments through credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not
directly collect, store, or process your credit card number, bank account number, or other
financial account information on our servers. That information is collected and processed

analytics services such as Google Analytics that may be integrated into the platform. This
information may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device
identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed on the Site, links clicked, and the dates and times of
your visits. Wix deploys its own cookies and analytics tools as part of its hosting platform. For

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to process, acknowledge, and receipt donations; to
